Do I need an appointment or can I walk-in?
Reservations are recommended but not required. We will call you the day before your reservation to confirm your appointment date and time.
What if I am going to be a few minutes late?
Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to any service so that you may change, relax and receive the full benefit of your reservation time. Late arrivals can happen to the best of us! We regret that your reservation time cannot be extended but may need to be abbreviated.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes you need to change your scheduled reservation. We kindly ask that you give us a 48 hour notice if you cancel an appointment. If no notice is given a 50% cancellation fee may be required. All standing appointments, group bookings and multiple service appointments require a credit card to secure your reservation. Your card will not be charged until the services are rendered, provided the cancellation policy is observed. We reserve the right to ask for pre-payment when our cancellation policy has not been observed. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of time on scheduled services. Not showing for an appointment will result in a 50% charge. We reserve the right to ask for prepayment of future scheduled appointments when the cancellation policy is not observed more than 2 times in one calendar year.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Debit and Discover Cards are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.
Do you offer gift certificates in any amount?
Knick Salon and Spa Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount or for any services or spa packages. Your gift certificates may be purchased in person, online or by phone (414) 312-7947. Complimentary packaging is Is ever changing! Knick gift certificates are valid for one full year after the date of issue. Gift Certificates are non-transferable. Knick Salon & Spa is not responsible for a lost or stolen gift card, however close computerized records are kept of every gift card transaction. No worries! Should your card be lost or stolen, please report it to the Knick Immediately and provided it has not been redeemed, it will be voided and a new card issued.
Are children welcome at Knick Salon and Spa?
To ensure that all of our guests receive a memorable experience, please refrain from bringing children to your own salon or spa reservation unless they are also receiving services. Our mission at the Knick salon and spa is to create a memorable retreat for our guests.
What can I expect before my Signature Spa Experience?
Knick Spa services begin by completing a questionnaire designed to personalize your service. For body treatments and massage, you will need no clothing. A Knick robe and slippers will be provided. However, if you choose, you may wear undergarments. Don’t forget, if you do choose to wear undergarments for some of our body treatments, be sure to bring and extra set to change into following your session. The staff is trained to drape sheets discreetly over any areas not involved in a treatment and to protect your privacy at all times. Your personal belongings will remain with you at all times.
Do the technicians accept gratuities?
Gratuities are accepted at your discretion and are not included in our pricing.
What if there’s a problem with my service?
We want you to love every services you receive at the Knick Salon and Spa! Your referral is the highest complement we could receive! Please see our Refer a Friend page. Please let us know within 24 hours of of receiving any service if there are any challenges. If you feel we have failed to provide the caliber of professional service upon which our reputation has been built, please advise us, and an appointment will be made at the earliest possible time to make any adjustments, with no additional charge to you.
